Day-by-day plan

1. Day 1

   Rishikesh to Barkot

   Drive via Mussoorie and the Yamuna valley to Barkot.

2. Day 2

   Yamunotri

   Drive to Janki Chatti, trek about 6 km to Yamunotri for darshan, and return to Barkot.

3. Day 3

   Barkot to Uttarkashi

   Drive to Uttarkashi and visit the Kashi Vishwanath temple.

4. Day 4

   Gangotri

   Day trip to Gangotri temple via Harsil and back to Uttarkashi.

5. Day 5

   Uttarkashi to Guptkashi

   Long drive via Tehri to Guptkashi.

6. Day 6

   Trek to Kedarnath

   Gaurikund to Kedarnath trek; overnight at Kedarnath.

7. Day 7

   Kedarnath to Guptkashi

   Morning darshan, trek down and drive to Guptkashi.

8. Day 8

   Guptkashi to Badrinath

   Drive via Chopta and Joshimath to Badrinath.

9. Day 9

   Badrinath & Mana

   Morning darshan, Mana village, and drive down to Rudraprayag or Srinagar.

10. Day 10

    Back to Rishikesh

    Drive to Rishikesh via Devprayag. Overnight at Alpine Retreat, Tapovan.

11. Day 11

    Departure

    Breakfast and departure.
